Kitchen sake
We use our own production method with koji and original yeasts. This allows us to reach a delicate balance and light acidity, while preserving a soft sensation characteristic of our "Maru" sake. The flavor marked with rice, typical of pure sake, will unfold slightly and harmoniously in the mouth.
